Why is my Shop Pay on hold for so long and what can I do?

Help. My company has a Shopify Plus store. Unfortunately, we have to shut our business down. We ran an aggressive final clearance sale in July which must have thrown some kind of fraud flag which I understand. I’ve gone through every step requested and can seem to get any answers on when our funds will be released. We need to make payroll. This is incredibly onerous. Every time I reach out all I get is “it’s under review” and “someone will get back to me.” Completely unacceptable. We’ve paid Shopify every month in time. We need our funds. Does anyone know what else we can do? Our lawyers are starting action.
