Accepting credit cards, warehouses, and shipping and fulfilling orders
Hi,
I've recently been having this issue with my shipping cost. Our standard shipping cost is £4.99 but only shows customers are only paying £4.16.
any help with this?

This is an accepted solution.
£4.16 is £4.99 minus VAT, if you go to Settings/Taxes and duties/General Settings you should see a tick next to "Include sales tax in product price and shipping rate" which will be why it's calculating tax for the shipping as well as the product. There are other options in there and a couple of links to more info but personally I'm not seeing a problem here as it's just taking the tax off of both the item and shipping and adding it together for the taxes section.
