Why is my store's payment setup still not rectified after submitting ID and utility bill?

Already set up payment on my store, it was stopped the next day, was asked for a government issued Id card and utilities bill, which I also submitted but still it as not been rectified why?

I appreciate the context that you have shared as that is helpful. Since you have noticed a hold on the Shopify Payments gateway and submitted your documents, they should be reviewed within 72 hours. If you have not heard back within that period of time, I would suggest reaching out to our support to get an update. With that being said, the hold on the store does not prevent your customers from checking out successfully using Shopify Payments, it's just a hold on the payouts from those orders.

You can reach out to our Contact Us page and login to your store, this will allow us to securely verify you as the store owner before speaking with a Support Advisor about the hold on the Shopify Payments gateway.
