Why is the 'Buy with Shop Pay' button not loading on my website?

Hi there,

Our website fails to load when clicking the "Buy with Shop Pay" button, ending with "There was a problem loading this website".

It displayed an error with "Failed to load resource: the server responded with a status of 502 ()".

The strange thing is that when clicking "More payment options", the checkout page can be redirected successfully, but then clicking "Shop pay" in Express checkout still fails to load, google pay and Paypal pay can be loaded successfully.
