Why is the dynamic Apple Pay button not working for some customers?

Hello. I have kind of a weird issue that has arisen. I just started with Shopify about a month ago. I am setting up my new website and I want to be able to use Apple Pay. I have set up the appropriate credentials to do so. Someof my customers are getting a weird issue when they go to check out an item through the dynamic Apple Pay button. If they try and purchase the item through the dynamic button, they are getting an error and they are unable to purchase. But, if they add the item to the cart or go to the more payment options screen and then purchase with Apple Pay, it goes through just fine 100% of the time. But they and others are not able to use the dynamic Apple Pay button to purchase on my store. When I go in and try it myself, it works fine. But this doesn't help me because I'm not the one purchasing from my store and I need to consider the other customers. The only workaround I have found is to disable the dynamic buttons so they are forced to add the item to the cart to go check out that way and use that payment method. Has anyone else had this issue or know of any kind of a fix? It's very bizarre as it is only happening with some customers  and not all of them. But I want 100% and not just 50% because people do get frustrated when they have to deal with these things. Any help would be greatly appreciated. I have tried disabling the dynamic buttons and re-enabling them back again and it still doesn't work. I have also tried deactivating shop pay and activating shop pay back again. I have also tried connecting stripe for the payment method and the Apple Pay dynamic button still does not work even with stripe. So I have tried about everything that I know what to try.
