Accepting credit cards, warehouses, and shipping and fulfilling orders
Hello,
I have a code for 15% off anything in the store for first-time buyers.
The code is BeausFan
I noticed it's not working when I try to test it using our beer products.
For the customer on the front end, the message is BEAUSFAN discount code isn’t valid for the items in your cart.
I tried checking off specific collections (and adding all of them) instead of all products and still no luck.
Please help.

Thank you for sharing your store URL, I may have an idea of what's going on here. Based on the screenshot you shared, I can see that the code was used successfully at least once:
Under Usage Limits, you will want to make sure that the box is unchecked for “Limit the number of times this discount can be used in total”. You will also want to make sure that the limit has not to be set to "1".

When I tried to add Full Time IPA from "Beer" category and used the code it didn't work.
