Why isn't my payment method activating on my e-commerce platform?

Hello, I have been waiting for Shopify payment to be activated for about 2 months, but it has not happened. I sent all the documents and messaged the support 6 times, they said that the documents are complete, but it has not been confirmed yet.
I have 3 payments that are not credited to my account because they have not been approved

Thank you for your post. It definitely shouldn't take that long to activate Shopify Payments on your store, and I'm sorry to hear you've had to wait. When was the last time you contacted our support team? Did they provide you any information on the timeline for your account?
