Why isn't my store allowing customer checkout due to shipping issues?

My Shopify store Sleevesconnect.myshopify.com isn't allowing customers checkout. It keeps saying, your order cannot be shipped to the selected address for every location I have inputted. Is there anything I haven't set right in regards shipping and delivery in my store? My store is set for shipping using DHL to calculate the shipping rates for all 236 countries and zones and for delivery I guess.

I've been on this issue for days now, it's not working 

Please can this be sorted out for me ASAP, THANKS!

I took a look at the checkout by adding the 13 in 1 Best Seller Vegetable Chopper to my cart and entered addresses from three different countries to troubleshoot. DHL shipping rates appeared for all three addresses I entered.


When you tested the checkout, were the addresses you entered all from the same country, or were specific products in the cart each time? Those details can help us determine what might be causing the issue.
