Why was I charged twice for my initial store setup?

I oppened a store on Otober 2023 and I misspelled my contact addres (vrobles@ofipapel.com.gt) and then I used another adress ofipapelgt@gmail.com but I was charcheg twice in my credit card.    The following picture shows that Ihave two stores.  But I only need one.

These are the two charges.  And below you will find the invoice of the account at ofipapelgt@gmail.com

Please returne the amount of U$228.00 that I was charged by mistake
