It seems that I too have inputted the wrong bank information during set up.
I'm unable to change the bank account because I don't remember what the initial error was.
We just launched our site 2 weeks ago and have not received any payouts yet.

I'm happy to help out with this situation. In order to change sensitive information on your account, we'll first need to authenticate you. I've sent you an email to the email address associated with your Shopify Community account. Please reply to that email and let me know your .myshopify.com URL. If you use an alternate email address to log into your Shopify account, please let me know in the email as well so we can authenticate accordingly.

For anyone who currently needs assistance with making changes to sensitive information on an account, in order for us to provide the most efficient support we ask that you head over to the Shopify Help Center and contact our support team via phone, chat or email.
