Your Shopify Payments account is on hold (Email Not Received)

Hi,

 

My Shopify Dashboard has been showing a "Shopify payments on hold message" over the past few days, but I never received an email with additional information on how to remove the hold. I have checked both my spam and junk folders.

 

Could someone please assist me with resolving this?

When you open your account, what type of Shopify Payments banner are you seeing? Do any of the banners ask you to submit documentation such as this example? If so, please submit as much of the requested doc's into the banner and our Shopify Payments team will review everything in full. 

If you don't see a banner, please contact our support so we can help authenticate your account and take a closer look. Our support can be contacted via our Help Centre, just click Support > Contact Support in the main menu for more info.
