Can you change the salesperson on a POS order for tracking?

Hi All,

 

Is it possible to edit the salesperson in the backend for tracking purposes.  For example, Dave used the ipad that Michael was logged into and now I need to change the salesperson to Dave on that order.

Still nothing on this after a month?  Seriously, it's a database.  Adding this as an option under the edit order menu would take what, maybe a days work for someone?  Unless your backend is some insane level of heinous programming.  No third party apps already exist for this either?

Hi,

Changing a staff member through the POS to an order that has been made isn't feasible at the moment.

 

Not sure if that's exactly what you were looking for as a temporary solution, but on EasyTeam you can attribute the POS sales for each staff member you'd like - in order to calculate commissions and measure their sales performance.

in most pos systems (lightspeed etc) it is no brainer… please update as this is very important feature

We are now at the end of 2023 and still no fix for that….!
