Date Picker-can date be added to order?

Date Picker-can the date be added to the order so when I export the orders into excel from the admin panel i will see it on the line item for that order? I'd like to be able to sort all the orders by that day so I can see all the product items that need to be prepared for that day.  If not, is there an app that will do this?
