How to get a refund from Kexanlondon after dissatisfaction?

I purchased an item for 39.99 from Kexanlondon. Their website, now disappeared, said, a full refund would be given if not satisfied. I wasn't. For the money I paid, it was cheap Chinese tat. It was sent recorded delivery and they received on 12th May. Shopify were quite helpful at first and then decided they were not going to help me also. 

I wouldn't bother using any of these, especially Kexanlondon.
