Help. The inventory, quantities, items etc. are not all synching up to my POS. I've done all of the troubleshooting suggested my Shopify support and nothing. I uninstalled the app. Signed in. Signed out. When Shopify Support checked on their end they are seeing everything on my POS which is odd. Has anyone else run into this issue before? ANY help? I have to manually ring up items my customers are purchasing because they are not showing up.
