I am sorry hear about the issues with your Pinterest catalog! Did you manage to click on the link which says 'Pinterest Catalog site'? If you click there, it should provide you with examples of how to fix those errors. Do you know what the errors say?


It can take up to 5 business days for the product catalog to sync for the first time. After the first sync, Pinterest will scrape for product updates every 48 hours. They have a help page here with common FAQ's which may help you with this!


As Pinterest is a third party channel, these issues would be entirely supported by them and not Shopify. We can only assist if there is a technical issue on our side.
