Why won't my POS load on my brand new iPad?

Hi everyone. I am standing in my new store I just finished working on. Everything is ready to go except I can not get my shopify POS to even load on my brand new ipad(or any of my computers). I am very frustrated right now I just want to cry. I can not open my store because of shopify. I am trying to contact support but can not find a single way I can. No phone number. No email. And I cannot use the support page to contact them because, for somereason, that page will not load on my computer. Its just the shopify banner and a blank page. Every other part of their website loads and works except the support page. What do I do? Please help me get in touch with them. Is it loading for any of you? Can someone please contact them and ask them to reach out to me at info@thequartermaster.co ? I am desperate and really need help. I have tried everything and am just sitting here trying not to cry.

I would be happy to help you out here. Could you tell me a bit more about your issue? Is the Shopify app not opening on your iPad, or are you getting a specific error message, or is it something else? I recommend going through the troubleshooting steps listed in this help document

  1. Head over to this link: Contact Shopify Support · Shopify Help Center
  2. Log in (recommended) or Continue without logging in
  3. Select the support topic that best suits your inquiry (in your case, you can select Store management Retail and Shopify POS)
  4. Scroll down to where it says Get support and select one of the available support options


I know you mentioned that the page won't load on your computer. If you try the above steps and still experience an issue, I recommend clearing your cache and cookies and/or accessing the Help Center using an incognito window
