Order created webhooks not received

I'm having issues with 'Order created' webhooks - tried to get some help in the helpdesk but they have pointed me to this forum, hopefully someone can shed light into this issue.

Specifically I have sent two webhook test notification to a 'Beereceptor' test endpoint around 8:36 AM 06/04/2021, one for product update which I can see getting to the endpoint, and one for order create, which doesn't get to the endpoint.

Beereceptor in one of the recommended ways of testing webhooks following Shopify's documentation, there seems so be some issue with order webhooks specifically, product updated works just fine. Can you please look at the logs around the time mentioned above so we can figure out what's the problem?

We've discovered an emerging situation with Test Webhook Notifications not firing for Orders topics only. Other test Webhook topics will work when they are tested.

Please note also, that this is affecting only Test Webhook Notifications for Orders hooks sent from the Shopify Admin. No other non test hooks are affected.

Our teams are  working on resolving this ASAP, and we will endeavour to communicate this as soon as it's resolved.

Luke from the Plus Technical Support team here - I have an update regarding the test Order Webhooks not being received.

We have rolled out a fix for this and test Order hooks would be received at your local server now when fired from the Notification section of the Admin.

Please note, this was limited to test Orders Webhook topics only, and no other hooks were affected.
