Shopify order fullfillment return missing parameter or invalid

when i am trying to run 

admin/api/2021-01/orders/3214991098039/fulfillments.json

 I am getting following error:

        "fulfillment": "Required parameter missing or invalid"
    }
}

I do not know location_id should be null, I have tried iit with lcoation_id also I got the same response.

Also, where can I find the detailed documentation of each api of shopify admin where i can find descriptions of each request parameters used/

Hi, Thanks for your reply, Where can I get location Id from? the order
status api or from any other api? location_id in order status i always null.
