Suggestion for CarrierService API docs

In shipping rates response example there is value in total_price attribute feels like a dollars amount, however Shopify expect it to be in cents.
I'd recommend to update it to something which looks like a cents or even add comment 😉

2021 still not updated (8 years later). Documentation is missing many other things, too (example HTTP response codes or content types).
