I've followed the following steps to integrate UPS to Shopify as per the UPS website but no orders are showing up within UPS Marketplace.


Create your Shopify API Key and Password by following these directions:

Log in to your Shopify admin panel.

Select Apps from the sidebar menu.

Click on the Private Apps button in the upper right-hand corner of the page.

On the Private Apps page, click the Create a Private App button.

Title your app Solid Commerce.
Click the Save app button.
Click on the Title of your new private app

Paste the API Key and Password into the text boxes below


Any ideas what could be causing the issue?

Seems to me like the issue is with UPS Marketplace here. Have you reached out to their support team to get any help?


The steps of creating a Shopify Private App you have listed seem fine. After creating the Private App, did you ensure that you set the proper read and write access scopes necessary so that you can connect to UPS Marketplace? (e.g. read and write orders, read and write fulfillments, etc.) Also are you seeing any errors from Shopify's end that you can report?

Hey guys,


I am currently having the same problem. I already connected my shopify with my UPS account following the same steps as @BurntmillSean an It has been succesfully connected.

I already check if all the options and I gave all the permissions to read and write so everything seems to be fine. However, I still can't see the order linked in the UPS platform. Can someone help me please?
