Add link in APP from othe APP

Hi 

I am new to the shopify Community.

i have a question if somebody can help me in the right direction. 

we have build an app and it is working fine.

but I want to add a logo with a link to another APP in mij installed app.

so that when customers the ap install see something like this:

can somebody help me.
