Ads not returning Installs

Hey guys,

We are currently running a Shopify ad campaign for our app, and we have a question.

It seemed to have got into form pretty quickly, got 3 installs in the first few days. But we got no install ever since. It straight up spent $60 and nothing happened, despite us making no changes to the listing itself.

Same thing happened with our other campaigns, and we are really confused. And it's not that we got outbid or out of budget, the clicks still go in yet no conversion whatsoever. Some advice would be really appreciated. Thank you!
