App for writing personal messages?

Hi, I am a florist running on Shopify, trying to find an app which could be just a box for customer to write there card message ?

You have to enable Add note on the checkout page, and then you can edit the text to say 'card message here' or whatever in Themes. Go to the drop down menu Actions, to Edit Lsnguages, then go to Cart section and change 'add note' to 'add card message for recipient'.
