Hello everyone!
My app has been growing steadily around 50% per month since I launched it at the beginning of the year. Then, all of the sudden, the last 30 days has yielded 0% growth.
Around 30 days ago I did an experimental price increase to see if new users would be willing to pay more for the service. This ended up killing my growth, but I figured I could just set the price back to where it was initially at after a week and things would go back to normal... Since then, with the original price, no installs!
I have no idea what variables the Shopify App Store takes into account when displaying app results to a merchant, but maybe this price increase experiment has ruined my app's visibility?
