Application Store Pickup + Delivery

Hello!

We use the most expensive plan of Store Pickup + Delivery app - https://apps.shopify.com/click-and-collect?utm_campaign=installed&utm_content=contextual&utm_medium=... 

We have a problem with cookie caching and as a result our settings in the application do not work!
