Bold Loyalty Points- How to remove customers?

Hi! 

Does anyone know how to remove customers from the Bold Loyalty Points program? I have a ton of people are not using the program and I am paying for each person. I would like to trim the list, but there doesn't seem to be a "delete customer" button. Any ideas?
