Can any app modify inventory quantity and tag products using barcodes?

Hi! Does anyone know if any app is capable of both modifying the inventory quantity while tagging the scanned product with a certain tag?

This is the scenario: We're a consignment store (clothes and accessories). Every know and then we pull out of our inventory certain pieces. Im aware that most apps are able to set the inventory quantity to zero when scanned, but I also need for the app to apply certain tag to the scanned product. For instance: Set Inventory Quantity to 0, Tag Product with "ReturnOct23".

Then I can export to CSV all products with said tag and continue working on a bulk email to let my costumers know that we're returning then certain clothes.
