Can't find your package after 27 days of waiting?

  • Hi I’m Aarav . 
    I didn’t receive my order I waited for 27 days and it said only 10-20 DAYS. I need it urgent in 4 days because it’s my nephew’s birthday and he is waiting for it. the guy I ordered from is.
  • If I don’t receive my order police is going to get involved

Have you tried contacting the store directly? If so, did they provide you with a tracking number?

no they didn’t not send me tracking number

We do not have access to individual stores' information regarding shipping. You will need to contact them to ask them to change the address or cancel your order.

If you can not contact the store you purchased from, you can contact your bank for possible refund options. Shopify is the website and shopping cart service some merchants use to run their online stores. However, we do not manage the shipping or sales of the store.

It’s been over a month and still have not received my package as well. Recently came to find out that it was delivered to someone in New Jersey and I live in California. I have been battling with the merchant because they keep saying package has been delivered but come to find out it is Shopify that delivered it to the wrong address and state. It’s now coming down to possibly getting a lawyer involved. The lack of communication between both parties is frustrating and you need to be held accountable!!

 

P
