Chatbot for shopify apps

Hello,

I develop an application for Shopify. I use polaris, react and node.js. I want to add chatbot for this application. Is it possible? Because I did not see any sample of my case. 

I see applications using chatbot running their own applications on their own websites. In short, what I want to ask is, would it be a problem to integrate chatbot to applications embedded in Shopify?

Also, if you have a way to integrate a chatbot, I'd love to hear your ideas.
