Disconnect eBay account?

I was wondering if there was a way to disconnect an eBay account on a Shopify store that is already closed? I cant get in to disconnect it.

Is your account with Shopify closed now with the eBay account attached? Just to confirm, is the best email to reach you on the attached to your forum account here? Similar to above, is the best email account to reach you on the one you have signed up to ecommerce university with? We would need to verify a few details via email before taking any action. If you could confirm that and then I will be in touch with you from there about next steps.

Having the same issue - had eBay connected to a previous Shopify store, which has been closed.  Trying to connect to my new store, but says I first need to disconnect from old store, which I do not have access to anylonger
