eBay app no longer appears to be connecting properly

Has anyone else begun to notice problems with the eBay app?

I can't now amend any store categories, I go through the process on Shopify but the changes don't go through to eBay.  I've also noticed that I can no longer delete any eBay messages - they appear to delete initially and then magically reappear again soon after.

It's really frustrating!
