Event Booking App with Minimum Capacity

Hi, everyone!

I am looking for a booking app for my client that has a minimum capacity feature? My client offers online private workshops. They require a minimum capacity to ensure that they are offering to the right amount of people, at least the minimum number of participants. Tried multiple apps but it seems like this feature isn't widely available. Hope you guys can help me!
