Could you tell me a bit more about how you connect your store to Walmart to publish products there, you mentioned an app?

 

If you're using the Walmart Marketplace app, would you have reached out to them for support so far?

 

You can use the contact details listed on any app store page to reach out to its developers for support.

 

That said, I'm happy to take a look at any info you can share on what seems to be preventing you from proceeding with using that app to see if there's anything we can advise from here.

 

Are there any specific errors or notifications shown on the screen that you can share here, or any other specific info on what seems to be the matter?

I am also having difficulty publishing any new products to Walmart.  I am using the Walmart marketplace app, and yes I have contacted them. Their seller support is pretty minimal overall, and non-existent when it comes to the Shopify app.  You have to narrow your support question down through a series of questions, and there is no option to ask a question about Shopify.  So I chose a question about listing products and then explained that I need support on the Shopify app. Still waiting to hear from them, but even if they eventually do reply, it's not likely to be anything useful.  There's really no one supporting the app at this point. 

 

Maybe there's another app or a different shopping cart that still provides support for other marketplaces.
