Free Apps on Responding to Customers through my blog posts?

I am on the search for free apps that can easily allow me to respond to customers on my blog posts.  I do know I can go to my website as the customer side and post a comment, but it doesn't directly respond to that customer. Would anybody know of any free apps that can do this job, or have an app?
