I am hoping to get some help regarding customers being able to manage their own returns, without having to make an online account on our website.
We currently have Shipstation integrated and managing our labels, but want to eliminate ourselves from the returns process.

I have been using EcoReturns and it's helped me automate returns, refunds, labels, and more, saving resources. I have actually saved a lot of time and money spent on operations and have been able to reduce returns as well. It's also got AI & ChatGPT. Turned out to be a pretty good investment for me. You can check it out if it helps.
Hey! Try apps such as Loop Returns and EcoReturns. You can set up a self-service portal for your customers and since the process can be fully automated with these apps, you will not have to do any manual work.
