How can I get a refund for an incorrect Zendrop Plus charge?

I was charged for the $79 zendrop plus plan but I only have the basic plan which is free so I was wondering on how I would go about getting a refund?

The charge was added with the normal Shopify cost and it is not found in my subscriptions.

You're welcome to request a refund from the Zendrop app developers. Since Zendrop is a third-party app, refund requests must be sent to their developers as they need to approve the refund and contact us to confirm the approval and initiate the refund. Feel free to get in touch with the Zendrop app developers by contacting them through the details found under the Support section of the app listing, or you can email


If you don't hear back from the developers, feel free to create a support ticket and we'll help you out. Please note they may have a long response time so I would suggest waiting for about a week before seeking our assistance.

The same exact thing happened to me.
