How can I incorporate a gift video message feature in my flower delivery service?

Hi,

We are sending flowers in boxes all over Sweden and a big part of these orders are gifts to others on birthdays and so on.

Now I have an ide about sending video messages with the flowers.

So what I’m thinking is instead of the “normal” card message there will be a QR code for the receiver to scan and a video message will show up that the the original customer upload a video in the cart. ( sense I can’t touch the checkout in Shopify”

I have been looking and can’t find an app like this or have I missed it?

Hey @ASHE1,

I suggest using an Upload Field app that allows your customer to upload a file along with the product order (right on the Product page).

You will receive their video request in your order information and customers also see that in their cart.

Upload Kit is a simple app that allows you to upload video, image, etc along with product while Product Customizer app is more advanced with multiple options like note, date picket, etc and additional.

In case you want to have a customized product page, then these apps are integrated with a page builder like PageFly.
