How can I integrate Clover with my online store?

Hello, does anyone have insight on merging Clover and shopify. I see a fee from Esync for $50 and a fee from Shopify for $150 per month and I am super confused. I want to use the clover system in my brick and motar but still keep shopify for my online section of the store.
