How can I link PDF downloads to email forms on a product page?

Hello Community,

we want to upload pdfs and link them on a product page.
Is there a easy way or app to have a form on the product page where users have to enter their email adress and after that can download the pdf. This way we could generate leads instead of having it freely available.
