How can I move my live chat widget to the main menu or footer?

I have a Shopify inbox installed. Simple theme.

It works as it should but I find the widget (chat icon) annoying when I'm using my phone to see my shop.

It covers menu, descriptions, photos - everything. Just moves up and down when I'm scrolling. Most of my customers use their phones to shop so I believe most of them will find it annoying too. I would like to pin my live chat to a main menu or footer, so it's always in one place. I don't need this widget at all. But when I turn it off it's just not working at all. I tried few suggestions that I found online but none of them worked.
