How can I reinstall the Dropstore RSA reseller app?

I can't restall a previously uninstalled app.

With regards to your inquiry, can you tell us more about the errors you are experiencing when trying to reinstall the app? Any information that you can share will help us understand your situation better and be able to assist you accordingly. 

 

There are a few reasons why you are not able to reinstall this app. The more common reason is the app has been removed or delisted from the Shopify App Store.

So what happens is that I click reinstall from Dropstore website then I get redirected to Shopify App store then Click "Add App" to reinstall it to my shopify online store. Then instead of being redirected to shopify to grant permissions and all that then the App install, instead I be redirected to Dropstore what bizarre is that now on Dropstore I am redirected to an account that has no subscription and even products to synchronize.

 

Can you confirm for me if the App is still listed?

 

I hope this will helpful towards resolving this, this is now becoming a setback.

I can confirm that Dropstore RSA Reseller is still an app that is listed on the Shopify App Store.

 

In regards to your experience however, it seems that you are able to install the app but are being redirected to an account that does not match your previous history with the third party app. As we cannot speak on another company's practices, I recommend you reach out to the support of this app (support@dropstore.co.za) to inquire further on what is happening given that you were a previous user who is not seeing your old account history.
