How to create a customer journey with product recommendation queries?

I'm looking for something to help me design a customer journey that will ask them questions about what they are looking for and give them recommendations of products based on their answers. 

Is there a plugin for this? I am not sure what to call this and I have searched and searched through the plugin store. But it would guide the customer to the products that work with their equipment. Thanks for

What kind of printer do you have? A or B?
Do you need the label to stick on paper or plastic?
