How to enter vendor invoices in QuickBooks after inventory adjustment?

If you enter POs and accept inventory in Stocky, and then Stocky sends the inventory to Shopify, and then Shopify sends the inventory with an inventory adjustment to QBO how do you enter the invoice to pay the vendor in QuickBooks online?
