How to Manipulate CSS from App backend

I am creating an app, where users can manipulate front-end CSS.

eg: There is a button on the frontend, on click of that button background color will change to red and that activity is stored on localstore so that when user refresh background color stays the same.

problem: But the problem is when the user refreshes the default color appears first then it changes to red.

i want to load the red color instead of that default color.
