How to resolve barcode generator setup issue for online order fulfillment?

I am trying to use the retail barcode labels app, and have been able to generate barcodes. After that, when I follow the prompt to finish setting up the label template, I get a "this page can't be loaded right now" screen and am unable to finish setup. I have the basic plan, and have inventory set up but not SKUs. What do I do to get through this? The goal is to use barcodes for online order fulfillment.
