How to resolve issues linking Facebook and Instagram to my store?

I am having issues linking my Facebook and Instagram with my shop to use these avenues for sales. Need someone to reach out to walk me through.

There weren't any exact errors except it continues to tell me to create an account which I have already done. Need some one that can real time walk me through the linking processes
