How to set up a commission-based system for hairstylists on a new website?

Hi there, I'm looking for an app or feature for a specific need. We sell wholesale and have a website for selling to hairstylists. However, we want to create an additional website to sell to end user (clients of hairdresser). I want the customer to be able to select their salon on the new website so that their hairstylist gets a commission. An example of something I would be interested in is here: https://coastalbeauty.ca/store . Any apps that might allow this?

I am also very interested in a way to do this - have been struggling for a clean system to get our partners commission. Anyone heard of an application that does this and can be set up with Shopify???
