Im trying to find the best app that will allow me to add a single product for each sale

Hi I can't seem to find a great App that will allow me to add a product pop-up for a product that I only use for add on's ie: you can't buy or view this product on a collection.  But I want it to pop up for every sale for a specific collection.  So for example, every time someone adds something from our newborn collection to the cart, a pop up will offer them a newborn singlet for a reduced price (but they can't buy this singlet anywhere else on the website).

It seems that this Upsell Cross-sell app can help you. When a customer clicks Add-to-cart button, an upsell popup can show. You can discount upsell products.
