Not sure if this is the correct place for posting this.

We are looking for an app where a customer buys a product from our website as a gift and enter a phone number of the recipient. The recipient receives a nice message on their phone together with the image of their gift. The recipient then clicks on the image, which takes them to our website and enter their delivery address (all paid by the customer).
